SOBD has now designed and drawn two projects for us. Our personal residence (built in Aug 2016) and a 4 x duplex project (completion in Oct 17). Both designs were an improvement on our initial brief and achieved a great outcome. The team is helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend SOBD to anyone looking for a good quality original design within the residential, duplex, townhouse space.
